That’s why our 'Strong Together’ 2025 Fitness Challenge is designed to engage every muscle group in your body—every day. With a solid structure and clear guidance, this fitness plan is the perfect way to boost your health and fitness, while helping you stay on track and motivated. Ready to start your transformation?

21 Day 'Strong Together' Challenge - $70.00 for members

This challenge combines walking or running and riding with a set distance goal as a base activity. Each day, you'll also complete a total of squats, push-ups, and sit-ups, with modifications available for all levels. Plus, we’ll be providing three different weight training programs, one each week, to help build strength. Along the way, we’ll also incorporate wellness activities to support your overall well-being, making this a well-rounded journey to better health.

 

This challenge is all about supporting each other as we work towards our personal fitness goals, while also supporting our efforts to fight cancer. To join this amazing journey, there’s a small fee of $70 with 30% of that fee being donated to help our Tour de Cure fund-raising.
