KINESIS WALL

Named after the Ancient Greek word for movement. Kinesis is a piece of resistance cable equipment that allows for a wide range of movements and a huge variety of exercise patterns. Kinesis is a fantastic workout because it can combine cardio, strength, and flexibility training into a short all-in-one workout.

CARDIO

Doctors recommend more than 30 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise a day.  The benefits of Cardiovascular exercise are improved heart health, increased metabolism, decreased stress, weight control and mood and self-esteem boost.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training does so much more for your body to keep you healthy and prevent injuries and bone loss.  Weight training is a great way to burn calories, gain muscle mass, increase flexibility, decrease body fat, increase bone density and even enhance cardiovascular fitness.
